JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-03-2019 The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension dated 08.01.2019, whereby not only the petitioner has been suspended but it has been stated that a departmental proceeding is being contemplated as against the petitioner herein.
The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the disciplinary authority would expeditiously conclude the pending departmental proceeding.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4897 of 2019(2) dt.25-03-2019 2/2 case, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with direction to the disciplinary authority to dispose off the pending disciplinary proceeding, as contemplated, vide order dated 08.01.2019 within a period of four months of the receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the order of suspension of the petitioner shall stand revoked automatically.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
