The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 441/2021, registered for the offences under Sections 188, 353 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 9 of the Bihar Control of play and use of Loudspeaker Act, 1955 , Section 3 of the Epidemic Disease Act and Section 37(C) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application as the petitioner has been arrested.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawan.
