JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 31.1.2018, seeks bail in Dulhin Bazar PS Case No. 17 of 2017, Special Case No. 18 of 2017 registered under Sections 22 and 22 of the NDPS Act. The allegation in brief is that five plants of ganja were recovered from the court-yard of the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 31.1.2018. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Bineshwar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge, Patna in connection with Dulhin Bazar PS Case No. 17 of 2017, Special Case No. 18 of 2017.
