The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.394 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the main assailant of the injured and has caused grievous injury, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. This application is dismissed.
