The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No.708 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

The criminals were fighting over distributing the gold looted from Muthoot Finance. The deceased was asking for his shares. All the accused persons including the petitioner, who has criminal antecedents, planned to kill the deceased. They called the deceased at Hajipur and killed him. 4.

The involvement of the petitioner has come during investigation. He has participated in the conspiracy and execution of the crime. The petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2023 having three criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
