ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner, being the mother-in-law, is apprehending her arrest in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No.256 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is only a general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and other family members. So far as the father-in-law is concerned, who has also been made an accused in the present case, this Court has been pleased to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to him in Cr.Misc. No.15585 of 2016, vide order dated 13.5.2016.
