The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Jamui P.S. Case No. 72 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of dowry death. Petitioner no. 1 father-inlaw and petitioner no. 2 is brother-in-law of the deceased. It is submitted that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. They are separate in mess and property. So far as, petitioners are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

No.16155 of 2022(2) dt.25-08-2022 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 72 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
