In this case, petitioners are challenging the order of cognizance including the first information report and the entire proceeding.
Allegation has been made that some financial irregularities has been committed in the execution of the MANREGA.
The counsel for the petitioner has attached the large number of documents including the Department Proceeding Report, is a matter of defence, will be seen at the appropriate stage, not at this stage.
