JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1839 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 323, 379, 504, 494, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3,4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is of subjecting his wife to cruelty and harassment with respect to demand of Rs.1 lac for business purpose and also assaulted her and further allegation is that he has also married with another lady. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the whole allegation is false and concocted and he has not married with another lady.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, Sitamarhi, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1839 of 2016, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
