JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2015 This application has been filed to modify the order dated 19.3.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.37634 of 2014 granting provisional bail to the petitioner with a direction to surrender in the court below within four weeks of the order. It is stated that in the bail petition bearing Cr.Misc.No.37634 of 2014, inadvertently, the name of the father of the petitioner has been wrongly typed as Ram Pravesh Sharma, in place of Ram Prawodh Sharma and prayed for modification of the said order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Prayer is allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the name of the father of the petitioner in the petition for grating bail.

Let the order dated 19.3.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.37634 of 2014 is modified to read the name of the father of the petitioner as Ram Prawodh Sharma in place of Ram
