Petitioners seek bail in connection with Barahara (Krishnagarh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the first information report and they have been implicated in this case on confessional statement of co-accused. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 08.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35708 of 2017. Petitioners are in custody since 28.01.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37190 of 2017 (2) dt.18-08-2017 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur in connection with Barahara (Krishnagarh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017.
