This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No.112 of 2022 (G.R. No.3219 of 2022), registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323 307, 354, 504 and 506 of the IPC.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to surrender before the learned court of J.M.-1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No.112 of 2022 (G.R. No.3219 of 2022) within a period of six weeks from today and apply for grant of regular bail, however seeks a direction

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16118 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 upon the learned Trial Court to consider and dispose off the bail petition, to be filed by the petitioner, on the very same day.

It is directed accordingly.

The petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
