JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that provisional anticipatory bail had been granted to the petitioner by order dated 25.08.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 23287 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each. However, while disposing of the application for anticipatory bail, order dated 29.07.2015 has been passed once again imposing the aforesaid condition. It is stated that the requisite bail bond has already been furnished pursuant to the order dated 25.08.2014 aforesaid.

2. In the interest of justice therefore, the order dated 29.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23287 of 2014 is modified to the extent that para 6 thereof shall be treated as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16456 of 2016 (2) dt.27-04-2016 substituted to read as under:- "In that view of the matter, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 25.08.2014 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., West Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 310 of 2013 is hereby confirmed."
