ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2018 in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 362 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Diary of the present case was called for which has since been received.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is false.
However, the diary of the present case indicates that the petitioner was identified in the CC T.V. footage of the bank where the dacoity was conducted by the petitioner along with other co-accused persons and thereafter, the recovery was also made from the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32760 of 2018 (3) dt.04-07-2018 In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
