This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S.Case no.144 of 2017 , registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of stolen Pick-up Van from the possession of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for about four months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of recovery of stolen articles from him, I am not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38578 of 2017 (3) dt.31-08-2017 2/2 petitioner, however, he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge in this case.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
