Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 266 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is direct allegation that the petitioner and other accused persons have killed the deceased.

In view of the above, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
