JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-02-2025 After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned Special P.P. for the Vigilance Department, learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise his defence during trial. He further submits that in view of the prosecution having been started long back in the year, 2016, learned trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial in the interest of justice.
