For the relief claimed by the petitioner, the petitioner has liberty to move the Bihar State Human Rights Commission.
For the same relief, the petitioner has already moved before the Bihar State Human Rights Commission. The
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.548 of 2019(6) dt.02-05-2023 2/2 petitioner cannot seek the same relief in this Court as well as the Bihar State Human Rights Commission.
In view of the aforesaid, this application is disposed of and in result, the S.H.O. Chakia is not required to be present in person.
