The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.07.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31373 of 2014 by which this Court had directed the petitioner to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to illness and nerve problem, petitioner could not surrender within the time fixed and now he is well enough to surrender before the court below and is thus, praying for extension of time which was granted by the earlier order dated 28.07.2014. Having considered the petition, let the time fixed by order dated 28.07.2014 be modified to the extent that the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within a
