JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-04-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the writ application the grievance of petitioner no.2, namely, Jitendra Kumar, has been redressed and as such the writ application on behalf of petitioner no.2 has become infructuous. So far as petitioner no.1 is concerned, the learned counsel submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by the decision of this Court dated 04.09.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13997 of 2015. Considering the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali, who shall examine the case of the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.7444 of 2016 dt.09-04-2018 2/2 and if he is found that the petitioner is entitled for grant of his claim, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali shall ensure that the petitioner may be granted such promotion with effect from the date the juniors have been granted such promotion. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
