JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,324,379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged against the petitioner that the petitioner inflicted knife injury to the informant and his relative Vijay Kumar and snatched mobile and Rs.18000/- from the informant and rupees five thousand from his friend.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury of the informant has been found to be simple caused by hard and blunt substance when the injury of Vijay Kumar has been found to be caused by sharp cutting weapon but superficial simple in nature.

No.22574 of 2015 (2) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 278 of 2013 pending in the court of learned CJM, Gopalganj. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
