JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.9.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 39440 of 2017 with observation to conclude the trial within a period of seven months.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement of co-accused there is absolutely nothing against the petitioner and though seven months period has already expired till date only charge has been framed in this case against the petitioner and he is in custody since 15.5.2017. Heard learned APP also.

In such view of the facts and circumstance, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two

No.31703 of 2018 (2) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.Case No. 651 of 2015 with condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and further condition is that petitioner has to co-operate in trial.
