2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 342, 120B, 307, 337, 448 , 436, 395, 354, 504, 506, 427 of IPC and 27 of Arms Act.
3 . As per the prosecution case , informant who is Mukhiya of Jethuli Panchayat, on 19.02.2023 at about 12:00 PM, was present at her home with family and were performing Hawan then all of a sudden at 12:30 PM., sound of firing was heard. It is further alleged that 79 F.I.R., named persons and 200 unknown persons armed with rifle and gun were pelting stone on Panchayat Office and were also firing indiscriminately due to which stampede took place in which one person sustained

It is further alleged that even after arrival of police party , all the accused persons looted several movable property and documents from the house . It is further alleged that co-accused Dharmendra Kumar tried to burn the informant and others and set the house of informant on fire and also destroyed CCTV cameras. Co- accused Sandip Kumar looted license gun and other important articles. Several buildings and 20-22 vehicles were burnt and damaged animals were also burnt.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Allegation is general and omnibus against petitioner. No specific allegation against this petitioner. 5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the prayer for bail and submitted petitioner is named in the F.I.R., and there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he along with other co-accused persons looted valuable documents , license gun and set the house of informant on fire and in the aforesaid occurrence several persons sustained injuries. Petitioner has got 5 criminal antecedent out of which some are of similar nature .
