Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Harsidhi P. S. case no. 255/2014 registered under sections 498A and 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and it has, specifically, been pleaded at para 9 of the petition that she resides separately from husband of the deceased. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that marriage of the deceased had taken place four years ago and moreover, husband of the petitioner has already been granted privilege of regular bail and husband of the deceased is in jail custody. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22870 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Harsidhi P. S. case no. 255/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
