The only grievance raised by the petitioner before this Court is that he has filed an objection before the respondent No.5 objecting to the nomination filed by the respondent No.7 but which has not been disposed of.

Although time was granted to the State counsel on 13.4.2016 to seek instructions but he submits that the respondent concerned has failed to give instructions despite information given.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6747 of 2016 (3) dt.20-04-2016 2/2 In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.5 the Block Development Officer, Maheshi-cum- Election Officer to consider the objection of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law and after opportunity of hearing to the respondent No.7 and considering that the election is due on 6.5.2016 as informed by Mr. Ranjan Kumar Jha, an expeditious disposal within two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is expected.

The writ petition is disposed of.
