JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No.81 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 448, 354B, 379, 307, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation that the petitioner put pistol upon the temporal region of the informant and other accused persons assaulted the informant and when Kamrun Khatoon, Md. Jamal and Md. Kamal came to rescue the informant, they were also assaulted by the accused persons, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail even though the injuries are said to be simple in nature.
