Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Adarsh Jamui P. S. case no. 321/2017 registered under section 307 and other sections of the IPC.

Petitioner is named in the FIR but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation co-accused Jahid Khan has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 26.4.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 20530/2018. In view of the aforesaid circumstances with an object to maintain parity of justice, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this
