Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Subsequently, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

During a Panchayati, out of several persons, one fired causing injury at the abdomen of the informant as a result whereof he died. Subsequently, during investigation, it surfaced that co-accused Baban Yadav had caused the firearm injury which would be evident from the impugned order also. Since there is no specific allegation against the

No.25367 of 2021(2) dt.20-09-2021 2/2 petitioner and investigation of the case is complete, let the petitioner, above named, who is in custody since 08.01.2021, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Simari Police Station Case No. 12 of 2021, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
