2. Learned counsel for the petitioner and Opposite Party No. 2 have jointly submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and therefore, they have prayed that this application may be quashed.
3. Pursuant to the order dated 20.06.2023, the SubDivisional Magistrate, Darbhanga Sadar has appeared before this Court. She has explained the dispute between Opposite Party No. 2 and the Intervenor.
4. It seems that both the parties are trying to take advantage the orders of this Court.

5. The Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Darbhanga Sadar is directed to look into the matter and pass an order in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the fact that this case is pending in this Court.
6. Either of the parties may also approach the Civil Court for decision of their right title and interest.
7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
