The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.1097 of 2019 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation of the present case, the petitioner, who is student, was apprehended by the police and his confessional statement was recorded by the police, showing his involvement in the present case. It has come, in course of investigation, that on the basis of the CCTV Footage, the informant identified three
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13829 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 persons moving from the place of the occurrence but the petitioner was not put on T.I. Parade till date. The petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2019 and, on investigation, the police has already submitted the charge-sheet against the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Madhvi Singh, JMFC, Patna, in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.1097 of 2019.
