2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 174 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 61(2) and 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, because of road rage, the accused persons are said to have entered the house of the deceased and have brutally killed him and one gun shot injury was also found on the body of the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 25.09.2025.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in the killing of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
