Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 466/2021, registered for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Recovery is from a bamboo clamp which does not belong to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15761 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. I, Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 466/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
