The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Sirdala P.S. Case no. 211 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 326 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The son of Hira Paswan started quarrelling with the son of the informant, namely Rajiya Devi on such the wife of Hira Paswan and her mother-in-law assaulted the informant and Hira Paswan poured hot rice water causing burn injury over the body of the informant.
It is submitted that the FIR was lodged after twenty days of the occurrence and no satisfactory explanation has been given.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16699 of 2015 (2) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 It appears that during the course of investigation almost all the witnesses have supported the case. The informant got 30% burn injury.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the informant is also a lady, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
