2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Belchi P.S. Case No. 174 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 123 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is daughter-in-law of the deceased. She is accused of killing her own mother-in-law.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He submits that the deceased had some dispute with the petitioner because of which she may have consumed poison and

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is a woman and there is no direct evidence against her except suspicion, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Belchi, Dist-Patna /concerned Court below in connection with Belchi P.S. Case No. 174 of 2024.
