18-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

During course of erection of a wall, a dispute arose and during course thereof, members of the prosecution party were assaulted by the petitioner and others. During course of treatment, it is evident that Sunil Dutt one of the injured died. Case of the petitioner stood on similar footing than that of other co-accused, namely, Suman Singh who has been released on bail vide Cr. Misc. No.15521/2017 as well as Sanjay Singh who has been released on bail vide Cr. Misc. No.18034/2017 (Annexure-4). That being so, petitioner Amit Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the
