JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 307, 427, 504, 354, 380 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is of making assault with the butt of country made pistol causing grievous injury on the head of the informant, though, others also assaulted the informant and his family members and took away the house hold articles.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injury report of the informant reflects lacerated wound on the skull and abrasion on the ring finger. The accusation has been levelled in the background of pending Title Suit No. 111 of 2006. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22455 of 2015 (2) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No. 1230 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
