In view of the said order having already been complied with by the concerned respondents under Memo No. 234 dated 27.02.2017, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Civil Review Application with liberty to assail the order contained in Memo No. 234 dated 27.02.2017 in accordance with law.
