JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ekchari P.S. Case No. 07 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 387/34 of Indian Penal Code. . Allegation against the petitioner is of demand of extortion money from the informant and others. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and remanded in this case on 03.07.2017. It has also been submitted that though petitioner is accused in one more case but he is on bail in that case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the fact and circumstances of the case, at present, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, his application for regular bail is,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39060 of 2017 (2) dt.21-08-2017 2/2 accordingly, rejected.

However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge in this case.
