In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 113 of 2012 registered for offence punishable under sections 141, 341, 448, 323, 504, 353, 427 and 431 of the Indian Penal Code. From the order sheet itself appears that the petitioner was granted police bail under section 41 (1) Cr.P.C.,

However, if the petitioner has not violated the terms and conditions of bail then the court below considering the judgment reported in 2008 (3) PLJR 253 will take decision in accordance with law.
