The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 20/25/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Six witnesses have already been examined. In the past prayer for bail was refused vide order at Annexure-1 on 12.04.2019. 226 Kg. of ganja was allegedly recovered from the Bolero vehicle and the petitioner was there in the vehicle. Petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2018. Most of the prosecution witnesses have already been examined. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner and bar under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with N.C.B. P.S. Case No. 31 of 2018.
