2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 449 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 140(3) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had left her house and was taken to one Payal @ Sita Devi to Kanpur where she was forced to marry Raja and was told that she has been sold for Rs. 1,00,000/- but she did not marry Raja and came back to her house at Begusarai. The petitioner is the mother of Raja and is in custody since 14.11.2025.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no role to play in the alleged offence, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 449 of 2025, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be the blood relatives/close relatives of the petitioner.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail, is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
