ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2017 in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 143 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor his name has surfaced in the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that another FIR name accused namely, Md. Muslim has been granted regular bail vide order dated 19.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39533 of 2017. It is, thus, submitted that the petitioner's case stand on similar footing.

Case No. 143 of 2017.
