JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 18-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and perused the order dated 13.04.2018 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in ABP No.550 of 2018 by which the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner has been rejected. It would be manifest from the record that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in confessional statement made by co-accused Vishal Kumar wherein he has vividly described as to how he along with petitioner committed the murder of the younger brother of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29926 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 informant.

In view of the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioner in commission of the crime, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
