The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is case and counter case in between the parties and both sides sustained injury.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that case, lodged by the petitioners' side against informant side, is prior to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13736 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 the present case i.e. Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 207 of 2018. There is land dispute between the parties. It is further submitted that injury caused to the informant side has been found to be simple in nature. Petitioners are having no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-14th Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018, subject to condition, as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
