1. The petitioner by way of this writ petition has challenged the appointment of P.D.S. dealership to respondent no. 6.

2. However, the writ petition is wholly vague. It appears that an Advertisement was issued in 2017 for the period 2017-2018 and onwards and the petition has been filed in the year, 2023, challenging the appointment after a period of almost 6 years.

3. The writ petition suffers from gross laches and delay and is accordingly dismissed.
