Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 17.290 liters of liquor was seized. Learned counsel submits that liquor was seized from the road side and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 5.2.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge (Excise) Act, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Excise Case No. 93 of 2019, arising out of Chainpur P.S.
