The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Petitioner is gotni (sister-in-law) of the deceased. Thrust of the allegation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Petitioner is separate in mess & property and has got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. The allegation of torture and demand of dowry is general and omnibus.

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16732 of 2023(2) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Kaimur, Bhabua / concerned court in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 287 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
