Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 211 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides have sustained injuries. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

Case No. 211 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
