JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No. 198 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner no. 1 happens to be father-in-law whereas petitioner no. 2 and 3 are married sisters-n-law of the deceased. The post mortem report of the deceased discloses that several injuries were found on the person of the deceased. Moreover, submission on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioner nos. 2 and 3 were at their in-laws houses at the time of alleged occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12373 of 2015 (4) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, petitioner no. 2 namely, Sangita Devi @ Sangeeta Devi and petitioner no. 3 namely, Minu Devi @ Meenu Devi, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No. 198 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. So far as prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 1, namely, Nandlal Sah, is concerned the same stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) Namita/- U T
