JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Dihri (T) P. S. Case No. 34 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 147,148,149,535,337,338,335,307 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and

Sections 31,41,42 of the Forest Act, the Bihar Minerals Act and "4(1) (A), 21(1) (D) (E) Act".

From paragraph 3 of the applications, it transpires that the petitioners have criminal antecedent and they have been made accused in cases of similar nature. Considering the above, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. These applications are, accordingly, rejected. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If they do so, their applications for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
